Introduction

• By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.

• The competition is being run by inTurn.

Eligibility to Enter

• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

• The competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

• The winning prize will be determined by the Charity Director of inTurn.

• The use of specific brands as prizes by inTurn does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

• inTurn reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control requires doing so.

• inTurn's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by inTurn for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

• If requested by inTurn, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants.

• The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on inTurn's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

• inTurn accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

• inTurn reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

 

To meet the expectations of the program, students to the best of their ability, should adhere to the following principles:

Respect -

• Treat one another with dignity.

• Communicate and behave courteously.

• Act and work cooperatively with other students and staff.

• Develop positive and respectful relationships.

• Value the interests, ability and culture of others.

• Respect the learning needs of other students.

• Dress appropriately.

• Take care with property and the property of staff and other students.

 

Safety -

• Model and follow expectations around behaviour and conduct.

• Negotiate and resolve conflict.

• Be aware of and take responsibility for how their behaviour and actions impact others.

• Care for self and others.

• Be safe and help others to make safe choices that do not hurt themselves or others.

 

Consent (for individuals entering above the age of 18)

1. I agree to take part in the activities of the program.

2. I confirm, to the best of my knowledge, that I do not suffer from any medical condition other than those I will list on inTurn's sign-up form.

​

3. I understand that the inTurn activities include a photography and film component in which I will be both photographed and a photographer. I understand that these images will be part of a final exhibit, future inTurn programming, and press related to inTurn.

 

If you do not agree to these terms, but would still like to participate in the competition, please contact inTurn at admin@inturn.org.uk illustrating the conditions you find objectionable.

Consent (for parents and carers entering individuals below the age of 18)

1. I agree to my child taking part in the activities of the program.

2. I confirm to the best of my knowledge that my child does not suffer from any medical condition other than those I will list on inTurn's sign-up form.

​

3. I consent to my child travelling by any form of public transport, minibus or motor vehicle organised by the inTurn Team to any event in which the program is participating.

​

4. I understand that the inTurn activities include a photography and film component in which my child will be both photographed and a photographer. I understand that these images will be part of a final exhibit, future inTurn programming, and press related to inTurn.
